KEYless Entry Systems Warranty Disclaimer


Thank you for your interest in the products and services of KEYless Entry Systems (KES). This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from KES. This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material under normal use during the Warranty Period.

What does this limited warranty cover?

During the Warranty Period, KES will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship by the manufacturer, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct to assist you?

KES will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts. A decision will be made on a case-by-case basis. A deposit of 30% of the original purchase price will be required prior to KES sending out the replacement device or product. This deposit will be returned when the defective goods are received by KES. Defective products not returned to KES will forfeit the deposit and render any further warranty claims void. It is the customers responsibility to organise the changeover of the existing product with the replacement product and the return of the defective product to KES. KES does not cover any costs related to the removal and installation of the defective and replacement product.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for physical goods purchased from KES is variable based on the product from the date of purchase. Please check the product on our website A replacement physical good/s or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original physical goods from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
– conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
– Installers work including installers recommended by KES. Our recommended installers warrant their own work and are fully insured.
– Damage or defect caused by not reading the installation or user guide and operating instructions.
– Any claim that has not been approved by KES prior to removal from the door

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact KES to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. Failure to do so and you or someone else removes the lock you may void your warranty.
