Warranty

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of KEYless Entry Systems (KES). This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from KEYless Entry Systems.

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, KEYless Entry Systems will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

KEYless Entry Systems will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts. A decision will be made on a case by case basis. A deposit of 30% of the original purchase price will be required prior to KES sending out the replacement device or product. This deposit will be returned when the defective goods are received by KES. Defective products not returned to KES will forfeit the deposit and render any further warranty claims void. It is the customers responsibility organise the exchange of defective and the replacement product. KES does not cover any costs related to the removal and installation of the defective and replacement product.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from KEYless Entry Systems is variable based on the product from the date of purchase. Please check the product on our website www.keylessentrysystems.com.au. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer. – conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
